Ciders & Perries

Our "raw" farm ciders are elaborated entirely on the farm with the apples from the farm exclusively. They are unpasteurized, non-carbonated, with natural foam in the bottle.
In accordance with the specifications, they come from pure cider apple juice, exclusively from specific varieties of the farm.

Raw farm ciders are served during the meal or with a pancake.

Our Pays d'Auge AOP ciders are elaborated entirely on the farm using only apples from the farm. They are unpasteurized, non-carbonated, with natural foam in the bottle.
In accordance with the specifications, they are made from pure cider apple juice, exclusively from varieties specific to the farm.
The cider benefiting from the "Pays d'Auge" appellation selects about fifteen varieties of apples of local origin.

Our "raw" farm pears are elaborated entirely on the farm with pears from the farm exclusively. They are unpasteurized, non-carbonated, with natural foam in the bottle.
Our farm perry can be eaten with desserts.
